Meet Kristyn Gaines
As a former Division I Athlete I have seen and done it all. I have pushed the limits, and put my body through the most uncomfortable situations for the love of my sport. When I graduated from the University of Connecticut, I was at a loss of what to do next. My body was craving recovery, but my mind was still in training mode. I had to rewire my brain to understand what is most important, which is the protection and longevity of my body. After years of coaching for some of the top boutique fitness brands, I developed The Gaines Method. I have taken my experience from SoulCycle and Barry's and meshed them together to create a bodyweight strength training class that allows us to strengthen ourselves in a low impact way to the beat of the music. I am NASM/CPT certified, and bring my personal and professional experience into each program.
