As a former Division I Athlete, I know that there is nothing more valuable than an effective workout. With three years of experience in the boutique fitness industry, I have seen all types of clients achieve their goals, while also seeing clients get close to executing what they had in mind for themselves.
I provide an at home program, catered to your needs as an athlete. The strength training sessions are focused on powerful weight training, while The Gaines Method is focused on moving to the beat of the music to burn out your muscle groups.
